Refund & Exchange



We are NOT able to issue refunds for returning or exchanging frames and contact lenses. Only in-store exchanges will be accepted (see below for conditions). For any detailed questions, please contact us directly.

FRAMESWithin 7 days from the received date, let us know if you wish to exchange the frame to another size or colour. As long as the product is returned to us in the same manner as they have been shipped out - not worn, no scratches or damages - with all items included (frame gift box, case, clothe, authenticity card, etc.), you may visit us in person to exchange your frame.

​

CONTACT LENSES: Only unopened boxes of contact lens can be exchanged* and only if there has been a change of prescription. Give us the updated prescription** and we will re-order it ahead of time so that you will not have to come back again for pick up & exchange.

​

*We cannot accept contact lenses that are expiring in 6 months from the exchange date.

**If you were wearing regular spheric (non-astigmatism/toric) but need to exchange to astigmatism/toric prescription, extra charges will apply and the balance will need to be paid upon pickup.

Are colour contact lenses taxed?



Yes. Colour contact lenses WITHOUT prescription are taxable items and therefore, you need to pay the 13% HST at check-out.

Contact lenses WITH prescription are tax-exempted. In order to compensate for the added 13% HST, this amount is deducted before you check-out. This means, in the end you will not be charged for any extra amount.

Can I put prescription lenses into my frame?

​

Yes, it's always welcome! If you wish to add prescription lenses to your glasses or sunglasses, let us know so that we can discuss with you in further details. Depending on your prescription and the type of lenses, lens prices will vary.

How long will shipping take?



Domestic shipping within Canada will normally take anywhere between 1-5 business days*. Our choice of courier companies will vary depending on the purchased product and the shipping address. Details of the tracking information will be provided upon request.

*Estimated time of delivery may be delayed due to COVID-19. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Can I order models that isn't displayed on this website?

​

Yes. As long as they are current models, we are able to order them from most of the brands we carry. Please direct message us to see if we can help you! We would need the complete model number/name, colour information, and the size of the frame (if applicable).

Do you accept insurance? 

​

Yes we do! For prescription eyewear (including glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses) purchased from us, we can either help you DIRECT-BILL to most of the insurance companies or send you the official receipt so that you will be able to claim it yourself for the reimbursement. Please message us directly for further details.

Do you offer eye exams? 

 

We refer our customers to optometrist offices near by. Contact us directly for referrals.
